Because we try to keep membership cost to a minimum, we ask that those who require additional help pay for that assistance.

Expert Help

Many people have requested phone assistance with their Adventist Contact profile. For our members in the United States and Canada, we now offer Expert Help by phone.

Terms & Conditions
Please initial the following to indicate that you have read and agree to each item.

The cost for Adventist Contact Expert Help is US$69.95, payable in advance via PayPal. This entitles you to a ONE-TIME call with up to 60 minutes of phone assistance.*
An Adventist Contact representative will attempt to contact you within four business days of the time your payment is confirmed.

Refunds will be issued ONLY as follows:

  • If our representative determines that your difficulties are entirely due to an error or problem on our site, we will issue a full refund ($69.95).
  • If your difficulties are resolved in less than 30 minutes, we will issue a refund of $30.
  • If after three attempts we are unable to reach you during the time frames you specified, we will issue a refund of $60.
  • Any refunds will be issued via PayPal.

This service is available ONLY to members within the United States and Canada.

 
*You must be able to talk on the phone and use your internet connection at the same time. We do not provide assistance with internet connections or other issues on your local machine. Creating a complete Adventist Contact profile will take several hours for most people; our representative will not be able to stay on the phone with you throughout the process.
